Nothing to refund
AffiliateHubPro is free. There are no subscriptions, seat fees or recurring charges, and we take a 0% platform fee on cleared commissions — so there is nothing for us to bill and nothing to refund.
No card on file
We do not collect payment details for platform access, so no account can be charged and no cancellation is required. If paid plans return, existing accounts get advance notice and they will only apply if you opt in.
Affiliate commissions and clawbacks
Refunds of end-customer purchases that generated affiliate commissions may result in automatic commission clawbacks per the offer terms. Payouts are processed by Stripe Connect, and Stripe's own processing fees still apply — AffiliateHubPro adds nothing on top.
