30-day money-back guarantee

Affiliate Hub Pro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions to the AffiliateHubPro platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
2. Email our support team at support@affiliatehubpro.com with your order ID and we will assist.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Affiliate commissions

This refund policy applies to subscription fees paid by merchants to Affiliate Hub Pro. Refunds of end-customer purchases that generated affiliate commissions may result in automatic commission clawbacks per the offer terms; this is separate from the subscription refund described above.
