Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
The AffiliateHubPro service ("Service") is provided by Affiliate Hub Pro("Affiliate Hub Pro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are an individual you must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
2. The Service
The Service is an affiliate marketing platform that lets merchants create offers, recruit affiliates, track referral clicks and conversions, calculate commissions, and process payouts. Specific features available to you depend on your plan and role (merchant, affiliate, or administrator).
3. Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- send spam or violate anti-spam, advertising, or consumer-protection laws;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, denial of service);
- reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law;
- circumvent technical limits or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Affiliate Hub Pro retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, trademarks, and branding. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Service level and warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may terminate your account at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window unless required by law to retain it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you to Affiliate Hub Pro in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Affiliate Hub Pro harmless from claims arising out of content you upload, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Affiliate Hub Pro is established, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
12. Changes; assignment; force majeure
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control.
