This Privacy Notice is issued by Affiliate Hub Pro ("Affiliate Hub Pro", "we", "us"), the operator of the AffiliateHubPro platform available at affiliatehubpro.com. 2. Categories of personal data we collect

• Account data — name, email, password hash, role (merchant / affiliate / admin).
• Profile & business data — company name, website, payout details, tax information collected by our payment providers.
• Usage & telemetry — pages viewed, features used, clicks, conversions, timestamps, device identifiers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, cookie identifiers.
• Support data — messages, attachments, and metadata from emails or support channels.
• Marketing data — email preferences and engagement (open / click events).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide the service (contract): account creation, click tracking, commission calculation, payouts.
• Security & fraud prevention (legitimate interest / legal obligation): detecting abuse, signing clicks, audit logging.
• Customer support (contract / legitimate interest): responding to inquiries.
• Product improvement & analytics (legitimate interest): aggregated usage analysis.
• Marketing (consent / legitimate interest): product updates, newsletters. You can opt out any time.
• Compliance (legal obligation): tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and regulator requests.

4. How we share data

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

• Merchant of Record & payment processors — Paddle.com Market Ltd. acts as our Merchant of Record for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing. Stripe processes affiliate payouts and certain merchant transactions.
• Infrastructure subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring providers acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit firms under confidentiality.
• Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK / EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary measures.

6. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period thereafter to satisfy legal, accounting, and audit obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). Telemetry and click data are retained for up to 24 months in identifiable form and then aggregated or deleted.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
