- When do I start paying?
- Never until your first cleared commission. Launch and Scale have no seat fees, setup costs, or monthly minimums — the platform fee is a flat percentage of cleared commissions.
- How is the platform fee calculated?
- A flat percentage of each approved commission, billed through your selected billing mode (Prepaid, card on file, or Net-30 if invoicing-approved). Every line item is on your invoice.
- Are Stripe fees included?
- Stripe charges its own processing fees on payouts to affiliates — those are passed through. AffiliateHubPro's platform fee is separate and itemized on every invoice.
- Do affiliates pay anything?
- No. Affiliates never pay a platform fee. They receive 100% of their commission minus Stripe's payout fee.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, any time. Plan changes apply to commissions that clear after the change date — historical commissions keep the rate they were earned under.
