Frequently asked questions

Plain answers about how AffiliateHubPro tracks, pays, and protects.

How does AffiliateHubPro track conversions?
Every click is signed and written to an append-only ledger. Conversions arrive via server-to-server postback or our Stripe webhook, are matched to the original click within the offer's attribution window, and become an immutable commission record.
When do affiliates get paid?
Commissions enter a PENDING state at conversion time, auto-approve after the offer's approval window (default 14 days, configurable), and are transferred to the affiliate's Stripe Connect Express account by an hourly payout worker.
What does it cost?
5% of cleared affiliate revenue. No seat fees, no setup fees, no per-click charges. You pay when affiliates make you money — not when they don't.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. Merchants connect Stripe to accept customer payments; affiliates connect Stripe Express to receive payouts. Stripe handles KYC, tax forms (1099/1042), and bank transfers in 135+ currencies.
How do you prevent fraud?
Click signing prevents URL tampering, idempotency keys block duplicate postbacks, and the ledger makes every state transition auditable. Clawbacks on refunds or chargebacks are automated through the Stripe webhook.
Can I migrate from Impact, PartnerStack, or Rewardful?
Yes. We import your historical affiliate list, offers, and active links via CSV. Most teams are live in under a week. See our comparison pages for migration paths.
Is there an API?
Yes. Every merchant gets an X-API-Key for server-to-server conversion postbacks. Full REST coverage is on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
What about GDPR and SOC 2?
We're on the SOC 2 Type II path with quarterly internal audits. GDPR-ready data processing addendum is available on request. See /trust for the full posture.
